COVID19 Statement

Good morning dear friends, colleagues and valued clients,

Amid widespread social and economic uncertainty driven by the global health crisis, the Wedding and Event industries face unprecedented challenges. Within days, we have transitioned from a vibrant industry to experiencing the near total shutdown of business. As organizations like ours take action to slow the spread of COVID-19 and provincial governments mandate business closures across various jurisdictions, we are among those impacted.

So much is unknown right now, but one thing we do know that can help mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and protect ourselves and our community is to take steps to limit our exposure to others. Therefore, we have made the decision to temporarily suspend in person/site consultations/planning meetings and rentals for the next few weeks.

We have been in contact with many of you just to check in, address necessary cancellations, discuss rescheduling options and in many cases, find new dates for your weddings & events.

We are still working on your events; planning timelines & logistics, floor layouts, providing referrals, taking new bookings and altering existing bookings as requested. We are also taking this time to continue to grow our brand, sharpen our skills through webinars and remote training seminars and examine ways to serve you better. We are still here for you. The success of your event has and always will be, our number one goal. Peace of mind goes a long way to reducing stress and staying healthy.

Please abide by recommendations from government and health officials and stay safe. Now is the time to be safe, be smart, and to take care of yourself, your family, and your friends. We are very hopeful and optimistic that with broad cooperation and prudence, this will pass, and we will again be meeting with you in the very near future.
